A modern 13-storey residential development comprising two towers with a total of 96 units. Designed by our team, the project includes full architectural and interior design services. The design balances contemporary aesthetics with functional living, offering a refined urban experience for families.

The architecture features clean lines and contemporary forms, while the interior palette emphasizes warmth and elegance, as seen in the master bedroom design, combining rich textures with a minimalist tone. Amenities are designed to foster community and well-being, including a common swimming pool with dedicated children's and adult zones, prayer rooms, changing facilities, and a fully equipped fitness and gym area. A children's playground is also provided at Level 2 for safe outdoor play. Residents may host gatherings at the function room, which accommodates up to 100 guests.
