A world-class training center equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge training technologies. As the project architect, thedesign concept was inspired by the dynamic form of the CAE 5000 Full-Flight Simulator—resulting in a structure that is both environmentally conscious and visually striking, inside and out. While the design aimed to achieve theGreen Mark Gold standard through sustainable features and practices, the project ultimately did not pursue certification due to operational considerations.
The facility houses five advanced simulator bays, including two dedicated to 300-series helicopter mission simulations. Purpose-built for versatility and future readiness, the center is fully equipped to support evolving needs in energy, aerospace, and advanced technology training. It also incorporates simulation capabilities for defense applications, including land-based and naval operational solutions.
