This minimalist two-storey residence is designed for two families living in harmony—independent yet connected, with a central courtyard acting as the spatial and emotional anchor. Enclosed by clean, geometric forms, the courtyard is open to the sky, soft with greenery, and quiet in spirit.
Each side of the home is self-contained, offering privacy and autonomy, yet the shared courtyard invites moments of togetherness, play, or pause. It becomes the living heart of the design—a space where daily life gently overlaps, fostering connection without compromising comfort.
Located on a hilly terrain, this private resident embodies a contemporary design incorporating a majority of white-coloured elements in both its exterior and interior. This design is an outcome of several inputs and iterations from design team and the end-user which aims to achieve proper utilisation of spaces and catering to clients minimalist taste
